We first met Joselle in the summer of 2019 when a friend of ours listed his home with her. At that time we were very impressed by the quality of her advertising for the home which included multi media presentations, colour brochures and Facebook advertising. The house sold very quickly and for well above asking. So when the time came this spring to sell our Mayfield Park home, in the middle of a pandemic I might add, we called Joselle.
From our initial meeting Joselle impressed us with her knowledge and her passion. Having an in home meeting during a pandemic was a concern for us, but she took every precaution and we were very comfortable. From her initial presentation to her thorough tour of our home, to her recommendations as to what we needed to do to prepare, we felt very confident that we were in good hands. She listened to our concerns and we easily agreed on the right price point for our home. She was very confident right away that she would get the maximum price for our home. By the time the photographer and videographer came to prepare the sales material our home looked its best.
When the home went up for sale, during a pandemic, with no open houses alllowed, we were concerned that we would see very little activity and would be in for a long wait. The sales material that Joselle puts together is so impressive. The video, the full colour brochure were a huge selling point. There was a large Facebook presence and multiple signs all over our neighbourhood. There were so many viewings of our home in the first three days of the sale and it sold for asking in only three days. When we spoke to the new owners later on they told us that they were pretty much sold the minute they saw the video.
Joselle’s knowledge of real estate in general and Mayfield Park in particular is second to none. Her professionalism and passion get her the results that we as sellers want and need. She was always just a call or text away. She calmed our nerves when we were stressed about things beyond our control. I truly believe that we would not have had anywhere near the positive experience or the excellent outcome if we had not chosen Joselle to sell our home. After having seen Joselle's name on a billboard in our neighborhood for years, when we decided to sell our beloved home in Mayfield Park, we included her in the interview process for prospective agents. We had been using a very high-profile Brampton agent for years but decided to see what other suggestions we could solicit to get top dollar for our home. From the moment we met Joselle, it was love at first sight for both my wife and I. We knew from the moment she walked into our home that she was our agent. Joselle is honest, has an immense amount of integrity, and we knew from the start that she would most definitely work the hardest of all the agents we interviewed to sell our home for what we wanted.
After agreeing to work together, Joselle walked our home and immediately let us know what to fix, what to move, and how to furnish. We spent the next two weeks following her direction. When we were pressed for time, Joselle herself came to help set the tone for the highest bid; she brought in friends to change roof mounted pot lights, she herself supplied the finishing touches to each room. She was in touch with us daily making sure we had everything we needed to make it a success.
We had the photographing team come through and the presentation they put together was absolutely fantastic. It transformed our home into an oasis, a resort looking property. The video was so expertly put together that we were sure our asking price was just the start just from the online presence.
When the day came to put the house on the market, we left for the weekend and let Joselle take over. Over the course of two and a half days, Joselle personally toured 96 groups through our home. NINETY-SIX!! It was so busy that people could not drive onto our street! The offers began to come in almost immediately and we were certainly excited, but it was Joselle who was the voice of reason almost like she knew where it would land -"calm down she said, this...is just the beginning." After the first day, we were looking at 5k over asking, then 10k, then 20k. She negotiated for over 50 hours with 9 potential buyers until 11pm three days into the open house she called and asked us to open our email with the final offer. 36K over asking. She had gone back and forth with the final two for hours and secured us the highest sale price of any three-bedroom house in the entire community - EVER!
We were elated and it funded an amazing transition for my family and I. When we came home that night, the sold sign was already up and she called to congratulate us.
After seeing Joselle in action, it was with no hesitation that our neighbors three doors down signed her as their selling agent. Not a year later, she secured the sale of their home to within 2k of the highest priced home in the community ever regardless of size - EVER!
She is warm and friendly person, highly experienced and savvy, but in the end, you certainly want to be on the right side of the deal when Joselle is involved. I recommend her without equivocation to anyone listing their home and would be more than happy to field questions or concerns from any of her prospective clients - that is how thankful I am to have worked with Joselle.

We had lived in Mayfield Park for over 21 years and had driven by Joselle’s billboard countless times so when we decided to sell our home we knew we needed to contact her. Joselle joined us in our backyard and as we talked both my husband and I knew she was the agent for us. Joselle is honest, sincere and has an immense amount of integrity.
Joselle walked us through our home and went room to room letting us know what we should remove and how we should set the rooms to give the best appeal to prospective buyers. She touched base with us to keep us on track and was there for any questions or concerns we may have.

During the negotiation process Joselle exceeded our expectations. Joselle was the voice of reason and kept us grounded. We landed right were we needed to be. SOLD
